SPIE Global Services Energy is currently looking for Instrumentation Maintenance Specialist to join its workforce here in Nigeria on ERHA project.

Key Responsibilities:

Instrumentation Maintenance – FPSO Scope
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on FPSO instrumentation including:Pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters
Process and utilities instrumentation
Fiscal and allocation metering instrumentation
Analytical systems (GCs, water cut, BS&amp;W, H₂S, O₂, moisture, pH/conductivity)
Maintain and troubleshoot control valves and final control elements (pneumatic, hydraulic, electric actuators, ESD valves, MOVs interface instrumentation).
Diagnose and resolve control loop issues from field device through I/O, PLC/DCS, to final element.
Support FPSO-specific systems such as: Cargo, offloading, and marine systems instrumentation Utilities (power generation, water treatment, air, nitrogen), Turbine and compressor package instrumentation, Tank gauging and custody transfer support systems
Execute and document work in the CMMS (SAP), maintaining accurate history and technical feedback.
Control &amp; Safety-Critical Systems
Maintain and test Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) including: 
ESD (Process, Marine &amp; Utilities), Fire &amp; Gas detection systems
Conduct Safety Integrity Level proof testing, functional testing, loop checks, and cause‑and‑effect verification in line with site procedures.
Support DCS/PLC systems through I/O checks, signal verification, field interface troubleshooting, and commissioning support.
Participate in MoC, FAT, SAT, startup, shutdown, and FPSO life‑of‑field modifications.
Mentoring, Coaching &amp; Training (Core Expectation)
Act as a technical mentor for offshore instrumentation technicians, providing hands‑on coaching, job guidance, and technical leadership.
Support competence assurance programs by:
Identifying skill gaps
Coaching technicians through task-based assessments
Verifying work quality and safe execution
Deliver on-the-job training in:
Calibration techniques and best practices
Control valve maintenance and diagnostics
Analyzer maintenance and sample systems
SIS and Fire &amp; Gas testing procedures
Promote consistency and quality by:Reviewing completed work and documentation
Reinforcing standards, procedures, and good engineering practice
Capture and share lessons learned, recurring failure modes, and best practices to improve team capability and reduce repeat failures.

Qualifications &amp; Experience
Education:
Diploma/HND/B.Sc. in Instrumentation &amp; Control, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
Experience:
7–10+ years experience in instrumentation maintenance within oil &amp; gas or similar process industries.
Demonstrated FPSO or offshore production facility experience.
Proven experience mentoring or training technicians offshore.
Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred):
CompEx or IECEx certification
Offshore survival and medical certification (BOSIET/FOET or equivalent)

 Bij SPIE Services HVAC Lokeren zoeken we een Koeltechnieker om ons team in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen te versterken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en herstellingen van koelinstallaties bij verschillende klanten in jouw regio.
Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in de installatie, het onderhoud en beheer van verwarming-, ventilatie-, airco-, koel- en sanitaire installaties.

Waar zal jij in uitblinken? 
Opzoeken en oplossen van voornamelijk koeltechnische storingen. 
Uitvoeren van koeltechnische herstellingen en installaties
Administratieve afhandeling van de opdrachten
Communicatie met de klant

Je last verschillende materialen (RVS, koolstofstaal, inox, alluminium,...). 
Je krijgt elke dag je werkorders en daarna ga je zelfstandig aan de slag om stukken af te werken.

Als fotolasser kan je goed met alle mensen om, handelt kordaat en houdt ervan om met verschillende zaken nauwkeurig and tegelijk bezig te zijn. Zelfs als er wat druk bij komt kijken.
Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd inzake metaalbewerking. Bij voorkeur fotolassen. Constructielassen, pijpfitten,... is zeker ook oké. Of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je hebt TIG lassen goed onder de knie en werkt graag in teamverband.
Ervaring in de (petro)chemie is een pluspunt. Eveneens de kennis van plaatbewerking. 
Je hebt een VCA-attest op zak.
Je draagt veiligheid en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel.
Je hebt ruimtelijk inzicht, je kan planlezen en vervolgens uitwerken. 
Je hebt materiaalkennis van RVS, koolstofstaal en aluminium. 
Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je werk en je kan zelfstandig en georganiseerd werken.
