MISSIONS : Take charge of the equipment : Perform /ensure/validate the equipment inventory (quantitative inventory with visual inspection) and associated handling operations Identify/ensure/validate parts and subassemblies and their proper storage Ensure/validate that all parts and subassemblies are available Disassemble and assess equipment Perform/ensure/validate dismantling operations, parts identification, and proper storage of parts and subassemblies Perform/ensure/validate appropriate cleaning of parts and subassemblies Perform/ensure/validate dimensional and geometrical inspections / functional clearances checks Identify/ensure/validate parts requiring repair or replacement Complete the inspection report and propose required repairs to the Project Manager/Site Lead Refurbish and reassemble equipment : Perform / ensure / validate dimensional and geometrical inspections of new or repaired parts Perform / ensure / validate functional clearance checks during reassembly Perform / ensure / validate fitting and assembly operations / basic piping and boilermaking activities / hot work activities (welding, thermal expansion fitting, etc.) Adjustment operations (on site) : Perform / ensure / validate adjustment operations (turbine internal alignment, machine alignment, casing weighing, etc.) Operations traceability : Complete / ensure / validate inspection sheets related to maintenance activities performed Participate in / draft / validate various reports and handover certificates (at minimum the observation section) and have them signed by the Client Propose solutions to the Project Manager / Site Lead Complete and validate the Project Quality Plan and/or work procedures Supervise activities Validate and sign the Job Safety Analysis / Prevention Plan (PDP) Sign the
