MISSIONS: 
Réaliser, organiser et suivre les chantiers de machines tournantes, turbines ou auxiliaires dans le respect en termes de coût, qualité, délai. Il supervise une équipe de chef d'équipe et/ou de monteur mécanicien.
Prendre en charge le matériel 
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider l’inventaire du matériel (quantitatif avec contrôle visuel), les manutentions associées
o       Identifier/s’assurer/valider les pièces et les sous-ensembles et de leur stockage approprié
o       S'assurer/valider que l'ensemble des pièces et sous-ensembles sont disponibles

Démonter et expertiser 
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le démontage et l’identification des pièces et un stockage adéquat des pièces et des sous-ensembles
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le nettoyage approprié des pièces et des sous-ensembles
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le contrôle dimensionnel et géométrique / des jeux fonctionnels
o       Identifier/s’assurer/valider les pièces à réparer ou à remplacer
o       Renseigner le compte rendu d’évaluation et proposer au pilote de l’affaire réparations à effectuer.

Remettre en état et remonter le matériel 
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le contrôle dimensionnel et géométrique des pièces neuves ou réparées
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider le contrôle des jeux fonctionnels en cours de remontage
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider les opérations d’ajustage / montage / les opérations simples de tuyauterie et chaudronnerie / les travaux par point chaud (soudure, montage par dilatation thermique…)

Opérations de réglage (sur chantier)
o       Réaliser/s’assurer/valider les opérations de réglage (lignage des internes d’une turbine, alignement machines, pesage de corps,…)

Traçabilité des opérations
o       Remplir/s’assurer/valider les feuilles de contrôle associés aux opérations de maintenance effectuées
o       Participer/rédiger/valider les divers rapports et procès-verbaux (partie constat au minimum) et le faire signer au client
o       Proposer des solutions au pilote d’affaire
o       Renseigner et valider le Plan Qualité Affaire et/ou gamme

Piloter l’activité
o       Valider et signer le PDP
o       Signer le PV d'ouverture de chantier et envoyer au pilote* d'affaire
o       Veiller à l'exécution des travaux attribués par pilote* d’affaire conformément au planning 
o       Informer quotidiennement le pilote* d’affaire de l'avancement du chantier et émettre des rapports journaliers....
Assister lors de la mise en service (sur chantier)
Assurer la gestion et l’animation des ressources (moyens humains, matériel et technique)

METHODS
·        Contribute to relevant kick of meeting related to maintenance operation.
·        Keeps a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programs and, suggests improvements if required,

OPERATION
·        Organises and performs on site the maintenance operations which are placed under his/her responsibility,
·        With his/her teams, assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC),
·        Monitors the functioning of systems placed under his/her responsibility,
·        Ensures that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within his/her teams, and actively

INSTRUMENT SENIOR TECHNICIAN SPECIFIC
·        Must have advanced technical knowledge of all types of Instrumentation, Process Control, Fiscal Oil &amp; Gas Metering, Fire &amp; Gas and ESD safety systems.
·        In addition to the duties of an Instrument technician, is also responsible for Level 1,2,3 servicing, maintenance and testing of the above equipment as per the CMIMS – UNSIOL system.
·        DUCSAT offshore operations are normally 24hr. Day shift 12 hours / Nightshift 12 hours to maximise ‘tool time’.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas operations &amp; installations and a thorough knowledge of the
equipment used in oil and gas operations &amp; installations.

Possess notions on cable sizing and voltage dropping.

Have a basic understanding of inter-tripping and interlocking action, load shedding and load sharing modes.
For electrician technicians only, have a basic understating of cathodic protection system.

OPERATION

LV Electrical equipment: 
- Be able to dismantle, replace defective parts, reassemble, reconnect, and check the system.

MAIN FUNCTIONS :

• Contribute to ensure adherence to stipulated GMC scope of services and improved performance of all Technical 
KPIs, Preparations, Backlog Control Planning and Equipment availability/reliability.
• Take charge of Work Orders under his/her responsibility and ensure the accuracy of detailed technical elements 
during preparations.
• Ensure Work Orders are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in 
CMIMS for execution at site and work location.
• Review procedures/work instructions and ensure adaptability, review functional locations and related WO lists to 
ensure that all outstanding works in the concerned package/system are fully considered during the preparations.
• Ensure that Permit to Work are properly prepared in line with the defined procedures and ready ahead of 
execution datelines (typical 5 Weeks to the execution start date).
• Ensure compliance to the best preparation standard practices and in line with TEPDK defined principles and 
guidelines by ensuring minimal unapproved WOs under the scope of responsibility, platforms or packages,
especially those critical to Safety and production (defined WOs Priorities, SECE, Vital Equipment etc.).
• As a principle and in adherence to the set GMC KPI, the work preparer shall try to maintain at all times a threshold 
of ≤ 5% INIT of the total open work order count, under the frame of responsibilities. 
• On a daily basis, the PM04 preparations guideline shall help to define the priorities of the daily tasks. All activities 
requested by the Clients to be managed as a higher priority within the frame of contract shall be checked with the 
GMC Preparations - focal point for clarifications where required.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experience in ELECTRICAL Systems in the Offshore Environment
Professional experience: 5 years in Oil &amp; Gas business especially in work preparations or related fields.
