Key Responsibilities:

Instrumentation Maintenance – FPSO Scope
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on FPSO instrumentation including:Pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters
Process and utilities instrumentation
Fiscal and allocation metering instrumentation
Analytical systems (GCs, water cut, BS&amp;W, H₂S, O₂, moisture, pH/conductivity)
Maintain and troubleshoot control valves and final control elements (pneumatic, hydraulic, electric actuators, ESD valves, MOVs interface instrumentation).
Diagnose and resolve control loop issues from field device through I/O, PLC/DCS, to final element.
Support FPSO-specific systems such as: Cargo, offloading, and marine systems instrumentation Utilities (power generation, water treatment, air, nitrogen), Turbine and compressor package instrumentation, Tank gauging and custody transfer support systems
Execute and document work in the CMMS (SAP), maintaining accurate history and technical feedback.
Control &amp; Safety-Critical Systems
Maintain and test Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) including: 
ESD (Process, Marine &amp; Utilities), Fire &amp; Gas detection systems
Conduct Safety Integrity Level proof testing, functional testing, loop checks, and cause‑and‑effect verification in line with site procedures.
Support DCS/PLC systems through I/O checks, signal verification, field interface troubleshooting, and commissioning support.
Participate in MoC, FAT, SAT, startup, shutdown, and FPSO life‑of‑field modifications.
Mentoring, Coaching &amp; Training (Core Expectation)
Act as a technical mentor for offshore instrumentation technicians, providing hands‑on coaching, job guidance, and technical leadership.
Support competence assurance programs by:
Identifying skill gaps
Coaching technicians through task-based assessments
Verifying work quality and safe execution
Deliver on-the-job training in:
Calibration techniques and best practices
Control valve maintenance and diagnostics
Analyzer maintenance and sample systems

Als Technieker Hoogspanningselektriciteit sta je in voor het monteren en aansluiten van beveiligingskasten en racks, dit op buitenposten en cabines.
Je staat in voor het opbouwen van de verlichting en verwarming in nieuwe of te renoveren hoogspanningsposten.
Gaandeweg leer je hoogspanningsconnecties maken, deze werken gebeuren steeds op een veilige manier en spanningloos.
Je komt terecht in een zeer sterke ploeg van ervaren hoogspanningstechniekers die instaan voor kwalitatieve jobs bij een vast klantenbestand in regio Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in een richting elektriciteit of enkele jaren praktijkervaring in dit specifieke vakgebied
Uiteraard is ervaring binnen hoogspanningselektriciteit zeer welkom, maar geen uitdrukkelijke must.

Als Industriële Elektricien ben je verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, het onderhoud en de herstelling van elektrische installaties op verschillende industriële werven. Je werkt nauw samen met andere teamleden om projecten binnen de afgesproken termijn en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen af te ronden.
Taken &amp; verantwoordelijkheden:
Installatie van elektrische systemen: Je zorgt voor de correcte installatie en aansluiting van elektrische apparatuur en systemen op diverse industriële werven. 
Onderhoud en reparaties: Je voert zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud uit om de continuïteit van de elektrische installaties te waarborgen en storingen snel te verhelpen.
Storingen opsporen en oplossen: Je detecteert en herstelt elektrische storingen op een efficiënte en veilige manier.
Technische tekeningen interpreteren: Je leest en begrijpt technische tekeningen en schema's om de installaties correct uit te voeren.
Veiligheid en kwaliteit: Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Als Site Supervisor ben jij hét gezicht van SPIE op de werf en draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de correcte en tijdige uitvoering van de werken. Dit omvat zowel organisatorische, technische als leidinggevende taken, waarbij jij zorgt voor een efficiënte en veilige werkomgeving.
In nauwe samenwerking met de Project Manager ben jij in de voorbereidende fase betrokken bij de technische voorbereiding van het project.
Vervolgens draag jij als Site Supervisor de verantwoordelijkheid over de uitvoering van het werk, waarbij jij zorgt voor de planning, coördinatie, kwaliteitsbewaking en het uitvoeren van regelmatige controles. Je ondersteunt en assisteert de brigadiers en techniekers, en bent actief betrokken bij het optimaliseren van de uitvoering.
Daarnaast ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen en naleven van de veiligheidsprocedures die gelden binnen SPIE en op de werf. Als leidinggevende ben jij een voorbeeld voor je team op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en netheid. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de werf in topconditie blijft en dat de medewerkers optimaal kunnen presteren.
In jouw rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Project Manager en voer je de werkzaamheden uit op verschillende industriële werven in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. Hiervoor beschik je over een bedrijfswagen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma en een ruime technische kennis op vlak van pijpleidingssystemen, lassen en montage.

Als Atelierverantwoordelijke Prefab ben jij de centrale figuur in ons atelier. Je combineert technische expertise met leiderschap en een sterke focus op kwaliteit. In deze rol krijg je de kans om (jonge) collega’s te begeleiden, processen te optimaliseren en een tastbare impact te maken op het eindresultaat. Je bent dé referentie voor alles wat met lassen en montage te maken heeft. Geen enkel spoolstuk verlaat het atelier zonder jouw goedkeuring.
Leest, tekent en meet isometrieën na, alsof het jouw tweede natuur is.
Kent verschillende lasprocessen en materiaalsoorten, door en door.
Bepaalt het plan van aanpak in de prefab, waaronder het selecteren van spoolstukken, het kiezen van het meest geschikte lasproces en het opstellen van het lasplan. Deze keuzes maak je in overleg met collega’s zodat het plan gedragen wordt door het team en optimaal aansluit bij de uitvoering en montage.
Stuurt de uitvoerders aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte uitvoering
Houdt toezicht op de veiligheid en kwaliteit van het laswerk, de maatvoering en de haaksheid
Ziet toe op het correcte gebruik van de beschikbare machines (zaagmachine, pendelaar, kolomboor, …) en stimuleert een zorgzame omgang met respect voor de  toestellen.
Bewaakt het rendement van de prefabactiviteiten door te werken volgens vuistregels en richtlijnen, waarbij de effectieve meting en opvolging in samenwerking met de Project Manager gebeurt.
Staat in voor het invullen van alle noodzakelijke documenten ter ondersteuning van het prefabproces, waaronder lasdossiers, prestatierapporten, druktestrapporten en vorderingsoverzichten. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma en een ruime technische kennis op vlak van lassen, montage en prefab.
Je bent een geboren leider en coach, bij voorkeur in een technische of industriële omgeving.

Als Fotolasser ben jij dé sleutelfiguur binnen onze projecten. Je bent immers verantwoordelijk voor het aan elkaar hechten van diverse componenten voor industriële installaties bij onze klanten.
Je werkt voornamelijk aan pijpleidingsystemen, dit aan de hand van TIG lassen en specifieke lasprocedures.
Naast het nodige laswerk help je ook je collega’s bij andere mechanische werkzaamheden en gebruik je dagelijks je kennis van de verschillende lasprocedés en normen.
Je behaalt en onderhoudt je lascertificaten.
Je voert deze werken soms uit in onze préfabzone, maar vooral ook op onze verschillende industriële werven. Deze zijn gelegen in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Je beschikt over een technisch einddiploma lassen en/of hebt praktijkervaring opgedaan binnen dit vakgebied
