 Key Responsibilities
Maintenance &amp; Repair
Strip down, clean, lap seats, replace springs, bellows, and O-rings on valves from brands like Crosby, Anderson Greenwood, Leser, and Farris
Execute emergency repairs during unplanned shutdowns to avoid flaring penalties
Testing &amp; Certification
Perform statutory PSV testing and recertification intervals as mandated by NUPRC Guidelines and API 576 - typically every 12-36 months depending on service
Conduct bench testing and in-situ testing using deadweight testers and portable pop testers on FPSOs, flow stations, refineries, and gas plants
Stamp and issue PSV certification tags acceptable to NUPRC and third-party inspectors
HSE &amp; Regulatory Compliance
Ensure 100% compliance with DPR Safety Regulations 1997 and NMDPRA requirements
Complete Permit to Work (PTW), JSA, and Toolbox Talk documentation before any job

Minimum ND/HND Mechanical Engineering from NBTE-accredited polytechnic. B.Eng preferred for IOC roles
API 510 or API 570. BOSIET + HUET for offshore roles. COREN registration is an advantage

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Réaliser les études d’automatisme :
Analyser les données techniques et participer aux revues de conception.
Elaborer les listes de points.
Rédiger des analyses fonctionnelles d’automatisme à partir des schémas de principe (PID).
Sélectionner les automates, cartes d’E/S et capteurs-actionneurs.

Programmer et configurer les systèmes :
Programmer les automates et régulateurs.
Charger et tester les programmes pour garantir un fonctionnement optimal.
Développer des vues graphiques pour une supervision précise et intuitive.

Piloter et accompagner les projets sur le terrain :
Participer à la mise en service des équipements avec les metteurs au point.

Votre profil

Diplôme : Bac+2/+3 en automatisme, régulation ou informatique industrielle (ou équivalent).

Compétences techniques : Connaissance des outils et logiciels de programmation : DISTECH CONTROLS (gfxProgram), SCHNEIDER (EcoStructure), SIEMENS (Desigo), TREND/HONEYWELL (PG5).
Maîtrise des protocoles de communication : MODBUS, BACNET, LON, KNX, DALI...

Your main duties will be to: -
Oversee the management of topside non-routine activities, coordinating with various onboard entities (FOPS, E&amp;C, MP, MNT, INSP) and maintaining close collaboration with the onshore coordination team to ensure proper scope arbitration, validation, and  works.
Supervise contractor personnel onboard and act as the HSE representative to uphold safety standards.

SERVICE DIMENSION:
The Project Architect serves as the Company's resident in-house architectural authority across all Company EP Nigeria Limited facilities in Nigeria. The role holder is responsible for the full architectural lifecycle of capital projects and facilities management services, from initial design concept through to construction supervision, quality assurance, and as-built documentation.
This is a technically demanding, multi-site role requiring a seasoned professional who can independently manage complex briefs, engage with contractors and consultants to enforce design standards, and ensure that all built environments meet the Company's specifications, regulatory requirements, and best international practices in construction and infrastructure.

ACTIVITIES:
A. Architectural Design &amp; Documentation
Articulate, initiate and develop original conceptual architectural designs in response to project briefs and Company requirements.
Produce detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and specifications, across all project stages from concept to construction.
Prepare shop drawings and change-control drawings during construction phases, ensuring alignment with approved designs.
Review and validate architectural designs submitted by external consultants, verifying compliance with scope, specifications, and applicable standards.
Maintain and update all architectural working documents to reflect evolving site conditions and approved variations.

B. Construction Supervision &amp; Quality Control
Provide day-to-day on-site supervision of all architectural aspects of construction works across Company locations.
Ensure strict adherence by contractors to approved construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections on all architectural elements, identifying defects and non-conformances.
Supervise the testing and approval of building materials and components to confirm compliance with specified standards.

C. Project Management Support
Serve as the Company's resident site architect for both Special Projects and Facilities Management works.

MISSIONS :

1. Plant Integrity Studies:
Conduct Asset Integrity Assessments and Life Extension programs specifically for the petrochemical plant.
Integrate maintainability and inspectability requirements into design reviews.
Establish baseline inspection dossiers and ensure technical procedures align with project specifications.

2. Asset Integrity Management:
Establish inspection strategies and schedules in compliance with industry codes and regulations.
Approve and track the execution of baseline inspections.
Identify and address performance gaps by creating and monitoring improvement action plans.

3. Technical Leadership &amp; Coordination:
Manage and guide a multidisciplinary team of maintenance and inspection engineers.
Coordinate with process, HSE, reliability, layout, and operations teams.
Review vendor documentation for maintainability compliance.
Track subcontractor performance monthly regarding quality, HSE, and execution plans.

4. O&amp;M Documentation &amp; Deliverables:
Lead the preparation of O&amp;M engineering deliverables, including Asset registers and maintenance plans.
Ensure all deliverables are compatible with CMMS and digital asset management systems.

5. QHSE Compliance:

2. Engineering &amp; Quality Compliance :

Rattaché au responsable bureau d'études/d'agence, vous assurez la réalisation des études et êtes garant de la qualité technique et de la rentabilité de l'affaire.

A ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

- Conception, réalisation du projet et calcul des contraintes de l'ouvrage,
- Analyse des choix techniques et définition des équipements, des matériaux en fonction des contraintes de l'ouvrage,
- Réalisation des plans d'exécution pour chaque étape du processus de mise en oeuvre du projet,
- Réalisation des schémas électrique, des nomenclatures et des carnets de câbles…,
- Visite et suivi du chantier,

- Optimisation des coûts et des délais de réalisation,
