Key Responsibilities: Instrumentation Maintenance – FPSO Scope Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on FPSO instrumentation including:Pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters Process and utilities instrumentation Fiscal and allocation metering instrumentation Analytical systems (GCs, water cut, BS&W, H₂S, O₂, moisture, pH/conductivity) Maintain and troubleshoot control valves and final control elements (pneumatic, hydraulic, electric actuators, ESD valves, MOVs interface instrumentation). Diagnose and resolve control loop issues from field device through I/O, PLC/DCS, to final element. Support FPSO-specific systems such as: Cargo, offloading, and marine systems instrumentation Utilities (power generation, water treatment, air, nitrogen), Turbine and compressor package instrumentation, Tank gauging and custody transfer support systems Execute and document work in the CMMS (SAP), maintaining accurate history and technical feedback. Control & Safety-Critical Systems Maintain and test Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) including: ESD (Process, Marine & Utilities), Fire & Gas detection systems Conduct Safety Integrity Level proof testing, functional testing, loop checks, and cause‑and‑effect verification in line with site procedures. Support DCS/PLC systems through I/O checks, signal verification, field interface troubleshooting, and commissioning support. Participate in MoC, FAT, SAT, startup, shutdown, and FPSO life‑of‑field modifications. Mentoring, Coaching & Training (Core Expectation) Act as a technical mentor for offshore instrumentation technicians, providing hands‑on coaching, job guidance, and technical leadership. Support competence assurance programs by: Identifying skill gaps Coaching technicians through task-based assessments Verifying work quality and safe execution Deliver on-the-job training in: Calibration techniques and best practices Control valve maintenance and diagnostics Analyzer maintenance and sample systems SIS and Fire & Gas testing procedures Promote consistency and quality by:Reviewing completed work and documentation Reinforcing standards, procedures, and good engineering practice Capture and share lessons learned, recurring failure modes, and best practices to improve team capability and reduce repeat failures.

Key Responsibilities • QA/QC Leadership: Own the full QA/QC function across EPCC phases; implement the Project QMS/Plan; report deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities to the Chief Major Projects Officer; foster a project-wide quality culture. • Quality Surveillance: Conduct and oversee quality surveillance at each project phase — design deliverable compliance (Engineering), vendor inspection and fabrication controls (Procurement), ITP/method statement adherence (Construction), and protocol-based system verification (Commissioning). • Audit Management: Develop and execute the Project Quality Audit Plan (internal teams, EPCC Contractor, Subcontractors and vendors); maintain the Audit Report Register; drive timely closure of all findings. • Procedure & Compliance: Review and approve Project Procedures for QA/QC adequacy; ensure alignment with EPCC Contract, PIM, and client standards; monitor implementation across all phases. • Risk Management: Serve as Project Risk Manager — develop and maintain the Risk Register, perform monthly updates, and track quality-related risks and contractual implications. • QC & Inspection Oversight: Allocate QC inspectors; oversee ITP hold/witness/review points and RFI process; review and approve inspection and expediting reports; manage NCRs, deviations, concessions, and corrective actions. • Procurement Quality: Embed quality requirements in material requisitions, bid evaluations, and purchase orders; coordinate vendor facility inspections; manage fabrication defect resolution. • Mechanical Completion & Preservation: Lead mechanical completion (punch list A/B/C classification and closure); ensure equipment preservation at site per EPCC Contract and manufacturer standards. • Reporting & Lessons Learned: Contribute to monthly progress reports and Steering Committee updates; capture and apply lessons learned; support project close-out per PIM procedures. Reporting & Interfaces Reports to: Chief Major Projects Officer. Manages: Section Heads, Engineers, Coordinators, Supervisors, Inspectors. Interfaces with: EPCC Contractor, Subcontractors, Procurement, Engineering teams, and client IMS functions.

Education & Experience • Bachelor's Degree (Technical discipline) from an accredited university — mandatory. • Professional Certification in Quality (e.g. CQE, Lead Auditor ISO 9001, or equivalent) — mandatory. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in major expansion or EPCC projects in Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals. • Minimum 5 years in a QA/QC leadership role (Section Head, QA/QC Manager, or equivalent) with direct team management accountability. Technical Competencies • Full command of QA/QC management across EPCC lifecycle: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Mechanical Completion. • Expert knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), ITP development and management, NCR/deviation processes, and audit planning and execution. • Proven experience managing Risk Registers and acting as Risk Focal Point on major capital projects. • Familiarity with client Integrated Management Systems (Quality, HSE, Environment, Energy, Responsible Care). • Solid understanding of EPCC contractual frameworks, PIM requirements, and quality gate processes. • Proficiency in inspection coordination, vendor surveillance, and fabrication quality control. Vos défis au quotidien : Au sein de l’équipe, vous serez amené·e à : Concevoir, déployer et faire évoluer des architectures réseaux LAN / WAN / SD-WAN. Administrer des environnements Meraki SD-WAN / SD-ONE, notamment pour la connexion des sites distants. Gérer et optimiser les protocoles et architectures iBGP, LAN et WAN. Assurer l’administration, la configuration et la sécurisation des pare-feu Palo Alto. Participer à l’exploitation et au maintien en conditions opérationnelles d’équipements Cisco, notamment les switches Nexus. Piloter ou contribuer à des projets de migration, par exemple de MX vers ION. Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les VPN opérateur Orange. Gérer l’adressage et la documentation réseau via un IPAM tel que NetBox. Développer des scripts en Python pour automatiser des tâches réseau récurrentes. Contribuer aux pratiques DevOps appliquées au réseau : automatisation, industrialisation, standardisation et amélioration continue. Diagnostiquer les incidents complexes et proposer des solutions durables. Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique, les procédures d’exploitation et les supports de suivi.

Rattaché(e) à la direction technique, vous aurez pour mission de piloter des projets d’infrastructure en lien avec les équipes techniques et les différents interlocuteurs internes. Vos défis au quotidien : Comprendre en profondeur l’environnement technique et les enjeux associés Piloter des projets d’infrastructure, notamment des projets de refonte tels que DNS et VPN Analyser les risques liés aux projets et proposer les actions de maîtrise adaptées Évaluer les charges de travail et construire les plannings associés Assurer le suivi régulier des projets à l’aide d’un outil de gestion de projet, de type MS Project Piloter des migrations spécifiques, notamment des migrations AS400
