Additionally, the candidate should be methodic, organized, have a good team spirit, and be fluent in English, with Arabic being a plus.&lt;br /&gt;

 Key Responsibilities
Maintenance &amp; Repair
Strip down, clean, lap seats, replace springs, bellows, and O-rings on valves from brands like Crosby, Anderson Greenwood, Leser, and Farris
Execute emergency repairs during unplanned shutdowns to avoid flaring penalties
Testing &amp; Certification
Perform statutory PSV testing and recertification intervals as mandated by NUPRC Guidelines and API 576 - typically every 12-36 months depending on service
Conduct bench testing and in-situ testing using deadweight testers and portable pop testers on FPSOs, flow stations, refineries, and gas plants
Stamp and issue PSV certification tags acceptable to NUPRC and third-party inspectors
HSE &amp; Regulatory Compliance
Ensure 100% compliance with DPR Safety Regulations 1997 and NMDPRA requirements
Complete Permit to Work (PTW), JSA, and Toolbox Talk documentation before any job

Minimum ND/HND Mechanical Engineering from NBTE-accredited polytechnic. B.Eng preferred for IOC roles
API 510 or API 570. BOSIET + HUET for offshore roles. COREN registration is an advantage

 Job Purpose:
To optimize production downtime when executing maintenance activities contributing to the development and review of risk assessments.

Your main duties will be to: -
Oversee the management of topside non-routine activities, coordinating with various onboard entities (FOPS, E&amp;C, MP, MNT, INSP) and maintaining close collaboration with the onshore coordination team to ensure proper scope arbitration, validation, and  works.
Supervise contractor personnel onboard and act as the HSE representative to uphold safety standards.
Monitor offshore execution to ensure alignment with established KPIs, agreed milestones, and the approved P6 schedule.
Directly support Al-Shaheen field production goals by ensuring offshore activities are completed within the defined timeframes.
Assist in coordinating and supervising scaffold activities, promoting an efficient, multidisciplinary, and integrated approach.
Serve as the primary liaison with onshore teams to address and resolve any issues that arise during the execution phase.
Promote a cost-conscious approach across all activities to optimize resource utilization.
Identify opportunities and integrity risks to maximize production output while ensuring compliance with environmental and process safety standards.
Carry out Internal audits of all scaffolding works.
Ensure that all scaffolding is erected and dismantled in line with regulations NASC TG20,SG4,OSHA or Local Codes Of Practice.

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil &amp; gas processing or petrochemical plants.
 A minimum of 5 years in a scaffold supervisor position
·  CISRS Advanced Scaffolder (Gold Card / NVQ Level 3) and or CISRS Overseas Scaffold Supervisor Certificate of Training and Record Card (Gold Card)CISRS Scaffold Inspection Certificate or equivalent. Advanced skills and knowledge of Scaffold Management techniques of Ring Lock and traditional tube and fitting material preferably in the petrochemical, refining, Oil &amp; Gas exploration and / or production industries.
 · Awareness / basic use of planning software tools i.e. Primavera P6, MS Project.
·  Excellent planning , organizational and communication skills required.
· Solid leadership skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environment.
· Self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision.
· High level user of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SAP.

Un Contrôleur Financier – Business Unit Afrique subsaharienne (H/F)

Au sein de la direction financière de la BU Afrique subsaharienne, le contrôleur financier sera chargé de :
Assister le DAF de la BU dans le support et le contrôle financier des filiales sur les aspects comptables, financiers, fiscaux et juridiques.
Assurer le suivi et la résolution des sujets recensés, avec appui, quand cela est nécessaire, des experts de la DAF Groupe.
S’assurer du respect des procédures Groupe.
Suivre, en lien avec l’audit interne SGES, la mise en œuvre des plans d’actions suite à la réalisation des missions d’audit et contrôle interne.
Participer aux audits des commissaires aux comptes en support aux équipes locales et du Siège.
Participer à la clôture mensuelle des comptes de la BU et faire le lien avec la comptabilité de gestion en coordination avec le Contrôleur de Gestion BU.
Assister le DAF lors des réunions mensuelles d’activité avec les filiales et le Siège.
Participer à la montée en compétence des équipes Finance locales (réalisation de sessions de formation/d’information sur l’actualité Finance impactant la BU).

Profil recherché :
Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure, Bac +5 minimum de type école de commerce ou équivalent.
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en audit en cabinet (BIG 4), contrôle financier et/ou contrôle de gestion dans un environnement multi-sociétés.
Solides connaissances en contrôle financier (analyse des états financiers notamment postes du bilan). La connaissance du contrôle budgétaire et du contrôle de gestion (suivi de gestion, suivi d'affaires et d'analyse des coûts) est un plus.
Maîtrise des outils de reporting BI (notamment EPM), d’Excel (TCD notamment), la connaissance d’IFS (ERP comptabilité) est un atout.
Excellent niveau d’anglais.
Possibilités d’évolution et d’expatriation pour les candidats à fort potentiel.
Des déplacements dans les filiales sont à prévoir pour la conduite du poste.

Activities

- Lead cross-discipline maintenance coordinators to provide robust PPM and CM data supporting safe and efficient preparation, planning, execution, and closeout of base operations, campaigns, and shutdowns.

- Provide first-level specialist technical advice to site/offshore personnel on plant/equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and maintenance investigations.

- Provide technical and administrative support for site base operations: scope preparation, vendor organisation, supply direct support to site (spare parts, tooling, technical procedures, work packs, work order resourcing).
- Ensure overall readiness and execution of scopes aligned with campaign shutdown gate criteria; work order resourcing.

- Maintain daily communication with NOC-OC T1/T2; provide support on technical/administrative issues; attend daily video conference calls with offshore OTLs and discipline supervisors.
- Visit offshore sites regularly to enhance collaboration and information flow.

- Manage onshore draftsman workload, prioritising based on upcoming campaign and shutdown.

- Manage the repair process for critical equipment including visits to local vendor workshops and warehouses.

- Ensure 4-month and 5-week planning are optimised in liaison with the planning department; attend weekly IOP meetings to ensure gate criteria are achieved (spares, vendor mobilisations, tooling, shipment, PRs).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Structural/piping maintenance activities in offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil &amp; gas processing or petrochemical plants.
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication

General Description
Support of offshore operations,
Facilitate maintenance activities of the SITE team through adequate preparation (spare parts verification etc…)
Check repairs requirement and quality

HSE:
Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules
Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures &amp; Guidelines with the asset to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety and Plan Integrity
Operations:

Review preventive maintenance program validity.
Check availability of means to complete it as and when required.
Assist the SITE as required for corrective maintenance
Prepare work pack for specific maintenance job when requested
Analyze CMMS report for his field of competence and recommend improvement solutions to COMPANY as required
Ensures quality of the maintenance operations: preparation of intervention files, work orders, reporting, CMMS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Theoretical Knowledge
Basic understanding of oil &amp; gas facilities and processes (well to export), including hydrocarbon risks (explosion, asphyxiation).
Working knowledge of SAP for maintenance planning, work order preparation, material requisition, and history tracking.
Proficient in basic computer use (Word, Excel, email, internet).
Strong foundation in mechanical principles and process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow, density) and their impact on rotating and static equipment performance.
Able to read and interpret P&amp;IDs, isometric drawings, GA drawings, equipment datasheets, and vendor documentation.

Equipment Knowledge
Working knowledge of mechanical installation (filters, gear boxes, exchangers, air coolers, diesel engine, gas turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps or compressors, common valve types (butterfly, gate, ball, cage and PSV) and hydraulic systems (cranes, HPU, pumps).
Maintenance work preparation know-how 
Understand maintenance strategies and techniques, including: Preventive and corrective maintenance
Alignment, tolerances, and clearances
Basic condition monitoring concepts (vibration, temperature, leaks)
Be able on a given preventive work order to prepare tools, spare parts and adapt procedure or work instruction.
Basic understanding of process control interactions with mechanical systems, including how equipment responds to operational changes (start-up, shutdown, trips).
Awareness of safety systems and interfaces with mechanical equipment, including ESD actions, relief systems, and isolation philosophy.
Qualifications:

Bacharelato em Engenharia Mecânica
Has held as a minimum a Mechanical foreman position for up to 5 years in an offshore maintenance setting
Computer literacy is required,
Ability to work offshore under the climatic conditions of the site,
Ability to work in a multinational team. Ability to work in a service relationship.

Suivi des expéditions : de la commande jusqu’à la livraison finale, en assurant la traçabilité et la satisfaction des parties prenantes.
Mise à jour des différents suivis opérationnels du service : tableaux de bord, indicateurs de performance, reporting régulier auprès du management.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Formation Bac+2/3 en logistique, transport ou équivalent, ou expérience significative dans un poste similaire.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, etc.) et des logiciels de gestion logistique.
Connaissance des règlementations transport (MD, Export Control, douane).
Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, réactivité et capacité à travailler en équipe.
Bon relationnel et sens du service client.

BUYER
Purpose

Execute end-to-end transactional procurement activities — MRO spare parts, commodities, and consumables — in full compliance with client Procurement Policies, Business Principles, and Group HSSE standards.
Key Responsibilities

•    Review Purchase Requisitions for specification adequacy; float enquiries and prepare RFQs with complete supporting documentation.
•    Conduct Techno-Commercial evaluation of bids (compliance, quality, price, lead time, supplier reliability); draft commercial recommendations for client approval.
•    Negotiate prices and commercial terms to secure best value; award and issue Purchase Orders.
•    Manage post-award order lifecycle: expediting, irregularity resolution, claims handling, and payment facilitation.
•    Coordinate logistics, customs clearance, and statutory approvals (Customs, Environment, Civil Defense, ICT) with the Client clearance team and contractors.
•    Maintain and develop supplier base: evaluate performance, convert single-source to multi-source, pursue market intelligence for new qualified suppliers.
•    Support fortnightly/monthly/quarterly reporting; manage audit files; participate in company-mandated training.
•    Uphold Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Protocols, and exemplary HSSE behavior at all times.
Reporting
Reports to Client Supply Chain Supervisors. Works with limited supervision. Interfaces with internal end-users, logistics providers, and external vendors.

Education &amp; Experience

•    Diploma in Engineering or BSc/BCom from an accredited university.
•    Minimum 5 years' procurement / supply management experience in Oil &amp; Gas or Petrochemicals.
•    Professional certification in Supply Chain or Business Administration (e.g. CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.
Technical Competencies
•    Full command of the procurement cycle: RFQ, bid evaluation, negotiation, PO award, expediting, and closeout.
•    Solid knowledge of Incoterms, commercial/legal contractual terms, logistics, and international trade insurance.
•    Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP Ariba; comfortable with MS 365 and standard Office tools.
•    In-depth understanding of MRO product specifications; ability to identify and propose alternatives.
•    Awareness of current purchasing policies, market conditions, and best-practice procurement standards.

SPIE Facilities recrute sur TOULOUSE un.e Correspondant.e Marchés en remplacement d’un départ en congé maternité.
Au sein du service Credit Management, le/la Correspondant.e Marchés est chargé.e la gestion administrative des commandes, de la facturation et du recouvrement de nos activités de maintenance et travaux. Nous facturons aussi bien à des clients professionnels privés qu’à des clients publics.

 Vous évoluerez dans un environnement riche de nombreux interlocuteurs internes et externes et dans un contexte contractuel très diversifié.

Voici le détail des missions du poste :
- Vous recevez et traitez les documents contractuels originaux.
 - Vous enregistrez les commandes sous notre logiciel IFS
 - Vous analysez les contrats, en exploitez les termes et les conditions contractuelles pour élaborer la facturation.
 - Vous réalisez les demandes de garanties et les demandes de cautions et gérez les mainlevées.
 - Vous réalisez la facturation « juste à temps »
 - Vous traitez les demandes de régularisation (avoirs, annulations de factures).
 - Vous établissez les prévisions de facturation contractuelle et d’encaissements, les révisions de prix, le décompte financier de solde
 - Vous transmettez au service comptable les informations liées aux encaissements et celles nécessaires au lettrage.
 - Vous assurez le suivi des indicateurs de performance du crédit clients.
 - Vous effectuez les relances nécessaires par tous moyens, y compris les démarches directes auprès des représentants du client et contribuez à la résolution des litiges et au transfert de dossiers en pré-contentieux.
 - Vous contrôlez la fin du contrat, la récupération de mainlevées des garanties données et procédez à l'archivage des documents.
 - Vous organisez les points restes dus avec les managers opérationnels
 - Vous établissez les déclarations de sous-traitance et établissez les demandes de compensation
 - Vous contrôlez et validez les factures des sous-traitants dans la GED
