À propos de la mission
Dans le cadre d'un projet stratégique au sein d'un site de production pharmaceutique, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Projet Industriel expérimenté(e).
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Produits &amp; Procédés, vous serez garant(e) du pilotage global du projet, de sa structuration jusqu'à son transfert vers les équipes opérationnelles, dans le respect des exigences de qualité, sécurité, coûts et délais.
Vos missions
Pilotage de projet
Structurer le projet et définir son découpage.
Élaborer et piloter le planning, les jalons et les livrables.
Constituer et coordonner une équipe projet pluridisciplinaire.
Définir les rôles et responsabilités des différents intervenants.
Assurer l'animation des parties prenantes et la coordination transverse.
Gouvernance et suivi
Mettre en place les instances de gouvernance et le reporting.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance du projet.
Assurer le pilotage du budget et analyser les écarts.
Identifier les risques, mettre en œuvre les plans d'actions et assurer leur suivi.
Préparer les supports d'arbitrage et remonter les alertes auprès des instances de pilotage.
Qualité, réglementation et HSE
Garantir la conformité du projet aux exigences GMP/GxP.
Veiller à la robustesse documentaire et au respect des bonnes pratiques documentaires.
Assurer le respect des exigences HSE et 3SE (ATEX, gestion des déchets, maîtrise des risques...).
Veiller au respect des procédures qualité et sécurité en vigueur.
Accompagnement des opérations
Organiser le transfert du projet vers les équipes de production, maintenance et exploitation.
Formaliser les retours d'expérience (REX).
Mettre à jour la documentation technique et projet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Diplôme d'Ingénieur ou formation équivalente.
Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets industriels.
Expérience confirmée en environnement pharmaceutique, biotechnologique ou fortement réglementé.
Bonne maîtrise des BPF/GMP, des exigences GxP, qualité et sécurité.
Connaissance du procédé de fractionnement du plasma indispensable.
La connaissance du procédé Albumine (Albu) est un véritable plus.&lt;br /&gt;

MISSIONS :
1. Development of Training Program :
Define and implement a comprehensive, structured training program covering:  
Operations personnel: Utilities &amp; Offsites / PDH Unit / PP Unit  
Maintenance personnel: Mechanical (static, rotating, piping) / Electrical &amp; Instrumentation (E&amp;I)  
Establish training matrices aligned with:  
Job roles and responsibilities  
Competency requirements  
Project phases (construction, commissioning, start-up, operation)  
Integrate:  Classroom training  / On-the-job training (OJT)  
Simulator-based training (if applicable) / Vendor/OEM training 
 
2. Trainer Sourcing and Management :
Identify, source, and recruit qualified discipline trainers in:  
Operations (PDH, PP, Utilities)  
Mechanical and Piping  
Electrical and Instrumentation  
HSE (Health, Safety &amp; Environment)  
Evaluate trainer qualifications and ensure alignment with plant technologies and standards  
Manage trainer performance and delivery quality 
 
3. Training Material Development :
Ensure timely preparation and validation of training modules, including:  
Operating procedures  
Maintenance procedures  
System descriptions  
Equipment manuals  
Oversee the development, validation and timely availability of all training materials:  Classroom modules / Technical manuals / Simulator-based training (if applicable) / OJT (On-the-Job Training) procedures 
Assessment tools and certification pathways 
Standardize training content across disciplines  
Ensure consistency with:  
EPC documentation  
Licensor documentation  
OEM manuals  
Implement document control and version management for training materials 
 
4. Coordination with EPC, Licensors and OEMs :
Interface with EPC Contractor to:  
Align training schedule with project milestones  
Ensure availability of engineering and vendor documentation  
Coordinate training programs with licensors such as:  
UOP (PDH technology)  
LyondellBasell (PP technology)  
Plan and monitor OEM/vendor training sessions:  
Site training during installation and commissioning  
Ensure training deliverables are completed prior to start-up 
 
5. Competency Assessment &amp; Evaluation :
Develop and implement a competency assessment framework, including:  
Written examinations  
Practical assessments  
On-the-job evaluations  
Define competency criteria for each role and discipline  
Track individual progress and certification status  
Identify skill gaps and implement corrective training plans  
Prepare readiness reports for:  
Commissioning / Start-up  
Operational handover 
 
6. Integration with HR &amp; Operations :
Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to ensure training readiness prior to mobilization 
Support workforce planning through alignment with the Manpower Loading Plan 
Interface with technical teams to ensure training reflects real operational needs and equipment specifics

Master’s degree in HR, Training or related field 
7–10 years of experience in Training, Competency or Learning &amp; Development roles 
7+ years in training management within oil &amp; gas, petrochemical or industrial environments 
Good understanding of maintenance, operations and HSE standards 
Experience with LMS tools and training tracking systems 
Ability to manage training providers and certification processes 
Fluent in English (B2/C1 minimum) 
Turkish is a strong advantage 
Strong leadership, coordination and ability to work in a multicultural environment 
Proven experience in designing and implementing training strategies and competency frameworks 
Understanding of industrial maintenance, operations, and HSE standards

2. Technical Assessment &amp; Engineering Support
Support Fitness-for-Service (FFS) assessments, remaining life evaluations, and failure analysis.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and integrity issues.
Assist in defining integrity limits, acceptance criteria, and repair recommendations.
Monitor corrosion mitigation and control programs and evaluate effectiveness.
Ensure alignment between inspection data, RBI outputs, and maintenance strategies.

3. Inspection &amp; Compliance
Ensure integrity activities comply with applicable codes and standards (API, ASME, etc.).
Support preparation and review of inspection plans and written schemes of examination.
Coordinate with inspection teams for execution and follow-up of inspection activities.
Validate inspection results and ensure proper reporting and documentation.
Highlight any deviations, non-conformances, or integrity risks to management.

4. Coordination &amp; Interface
Interface with inspection, maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
Provide technical support for integrity-related decisions and actions.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of integrity issues.
Support RBI and inspection workshops and technical discussions.

5. Continuous Improvement &amp; Reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement of integrity processes and methodologies.
Propose enhancements to data quality, inspection efficiency, and integrity management practices.
Prepare technical reports, integrity dashboards, and KPIs.
Support audits, reviews, and lessons learned processes.

Clear assessment of asset condition, degradation mechanisms and risk levels through supported FFS, RBI inputs and integrity evaluations enabling informed decision-making before start-up.
All inspection, corrosion, and integrity data collected, validated, structured, and integrated into CMMS/RBI systems
Inspection follow-up processes, integrity controls, and technical documentation established and aligned with maintenance and RBI strategies, ensuring readiness for safe plant start-up and operation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Material, Industrial , or a related field
English B2 level mandatory
Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus
Minimum 5 years in integrity management, inspection, or asset integrity engineering. Proven experience in inspection, integrity, or maintenance engineering roles.
Strong understanding of inspection techniques, degradation mechanisms, and integrity assessment.
Knowledge of API standards (510, 570, 653), ASME codes, and industry practices.
Familiarity with Risk-Based Inspection methodologies and tools.
Understanding of non-destructive testing methods and interpretation.
Experience with CMMS and integrity management systems.

Vous êtes garant(e) de la bonne exécution des travaux depuis la phase de préparation jusqu'à la réception des ouvrages.
À ce titre, vous :
Pilotez l'ensemble des activités chantier dans le respect des objectifs QCD (Qualité, Coûts, Délais).
Coordonnez les équipes travaux, sous-traitants et entreprises partenaires.

Sign the site opening report and send it to the Project Manager
Ensure execution of assigned works in compliance with the schedule defined by the Project Manager
Provide daily updates to the Project Manager regarding site progress and issue daily reports
