Job Purpose:
To optimize the reliability and availability of equipment under area of responsibility through completing

Optimize production and uptime when executing maintenance activities which require shut down / isolation

design, poor workmanship, non-compliance to NOC standards; take appropriate action within level of
Authority.
Contribute to Identifying Improvements to planned maintenance routines.

Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil &amp; gas processing or petrochemical plants.
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication

SERVICE DIMENSION:
The Project Architect serves as the Company's resident in-house architectural authority across all Company EP Nigeria Limited facilities in Nigeria. The role holder is responsible for the full architectural lifecycle of capital projects and facilities management services, from initial design concept through to construction supervision, quality assurance, and as-built documentation.
This is a technically demanding, multi-site role requiring a seasoned professional who can independently manage complex briefs, engage with contractors and consultants to enforce design standards, and ensure that all built environments meet the Company's specifications, regulatory requirements, and best international practices in construction and infrastructure.

ACTIVITIES:
A. Architectural Design &amp; Documentation
Articulate, initiate and develop original conceptual architectural designs in response to project briefs and Company requirements.
Produce detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and specifications, across all project stages from concept to construction.
Prepare shop drawings and change-control drawings during construction phases, ensuring alignment with approved designs.
Review and validate architectural designs submitted by external consultants, verifying compliance with scope, specifications, and applicable standards.
Maintain and update all architectural working documents to reflect evolving site conditions and approved variations.

B. Construction Supervision &amp; Quality Control
Provide day-to-day on-site supervision of all architectural aspects of construction works across Company locations.
Ensure strict adherence by contractors to approved construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections on all architectural elements, identifying defects and non-conformances.
Supervise the testing and approval of building materials and components to confirm compliance with specified standards.
Prepare detailed site inspection reports, punch lists, and progress updates for Management review.
C. Project Management Support
Serve as the Company's resident site architect for both Special Projects and Facilities Management works.
Provide technical guidance on construction methods, sequencing, and best-practice execution approaches.
Verify that completed works conform strictly to approved-for-construction drawings prior to signing off.
Carry out periodic reviews of architectural drawings and ensure timely updates as required throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that all as-built drawings for Company facilities are accurately completed, filed, and maintained.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
D. Standards, Compliance &amp; Documentation
Ensure all architectural deliverables conform to Company' internal specifications (COMPANY standards) and applicable industry best practices.
Maintain a comprehensive and current record of all architectural drawings, specifications, and technical references for Company facilities.
Support the development and continuous improvement of architectural standards and procedures within the Facilities Management function.
Liaise with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams to ensure coordinated, integrated design outputs.
KPI
Timely delivery of accurate architectural drawings and documentation at each project stage.
Zero tolerance for non-conforming construction works proceeding without formal resolution or approved variation.
Completeness and currency of as-built drawings for all Company facilities.
Quality of site inspection reports and punch lists, measured by Management and contractor feedback.
Compliance of completed works with approved-for-construction drawings, as verified at project sign-off.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is mandatory.
Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) or an equivalent professional body is an advantage.
Minimum of 14 years' post-qualification work experience in an architectural or engineering consultancy or a comparable corporate environment.
Demonstrated experience managing the full architectural lifecycle of major construction and infrastructure projects.
Prior experience working within an oil and gas, energy, or large corporate multi-site environment is highly desirable.&lt;br /&gt;

Job Purpose:

Key Job Accountabilities

Maintain an understanding of the company QLMS processes and participate and support this process to minimize SHE incidents.
Facilitate oversight and supervision towards the maintenance discipline activities performed by the section at the main complex and remote platforms, utilizing company safe work practices and in compliance with applicable maintenance processes and procedures.
Review work notifications and the RBWS process, to verify the planning and scheduling of activities within section will ensure PPM compliance and will secure safe, reliable and efficient operations.
Assure that the maintenance history is updated in the required work order in line with the established requirement of work order close out process, including accurate records of all completed work, as detailed within the SAP Maintenance Management system.
Support troubleshooting of field equipment issues, faults and failures though investigation using P&amp;IDs, technical equipment drawings, BOM Index, equipment data sheets and other documents to rectify anomalies and reinstate equipment.
Implement regular toolbox meetings within section and ensure reporting of all Near Miss Incidents and events during activities via the appropriate observation reporting system.
Ensure hazard identification assessments, JSA’s and LMRA’s and all mandatory requirements are completed prior to the issue of a PTW and that the identified mitigations measurers remain in place prior to work commencement and throughout the work activities until completion.
Review and recommend maintenance section budget input, including spares and materials, whilst implementing monitoring and control measures for section expenditure in line with department objectives and in alignment with all maintenance disciplines to achieve department KPIs.
Review of all outstanding observations related with the audit/RCFA/CAR/Safety observation and complete the implementation of recommended actions before established deadline.
Produce constructive input and feedback on field expansion issues to department focal point and participate in FEED, HAZOPS, RS/FRA’s, field completion activities, commissioning, and warranty/punch work with PMT and EPC contractor, as directed by management.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
 Higher National Diploma in engineering majoring in one of the core disciplines (i.e., mechanical or instrument or electrical).
8 years of diversified experience in oil/gas or petrochemical industry, of which 7 years within a field maintenance environment and 3 years at supervisory level.
Offshore environment experience is required. Experience in discipline including major overhauling and troubleshooting experience
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Computer literate and possessing skills in MS Office, SAP and CMMS system software.

Due to strong client satisfaction and new contract awards, additional positions have been created, including this Senior Mechanical Foreman role.
The Senior Mechanical Foreman (Port) will oversee mechanical maintenance operations, ensure safe work practices, supervise teams, and contribute to the reliability and efficiency of multiple mechanical systems within the industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Operational &amp; Technical Duties
Oversee the operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems, including planning, scheduling, inspection, and supervision of daily activities.
Perform hands-on maintenance of mechanical equipment and control systems.
Troubleshoot faults, diagnose malfunctions, and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
Conduct maintenance and repair work on UPVC, copper, DI, HDPE, GRE, and CS piping systems.
Perform overhaul and repair of pumps, compressors, diesel engines, blowers, packaged units, split ACs, window AC units, chillers, cooling towers, and related equipment.
Adjust machinery settings to optimize performance and ensure maximum efficiency.
Support commissioning activities for new equipment and projects.
Maintenance Management
Utilise computerised maintenance systems, including SAP, for notifications, Work Orders, and service entry sheets.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
Monitor spare parts availability, coordinate replenishment, and support inventory control.
Prepare daily reports documenting maintenance activities, completed tasks, issues, and recommendations.
Interpret SPIRS, technical drawings, P&amp;IDs, piping isometrics, and material specifications.
Safety &amp; Compliance
Enforce a safe work culture and ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols.
Demonstrate proficiency in Oil &amp; gas work permit systems.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas in line with industry regulations.
Leadership &amp; Training
Supervise, guide, and motivate subordinates to achieve operational goals.
Provide on-the-job training to junior technicians.

Diploma in mechanical engineering or relevant trade certificate.

Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance and overhaul of pumps, compressors, diesel engines, utility pipelines, and related systems, preferably in Oil &amp; Gas or industrial facilities.

At least 3 years of experience as a foreman or mechanical in charge.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, fittings, fasteners, and industrial standards.

Experience with SAP maintenance modules and inventory control systems.
Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
Experience in equipment commissioning and project support.

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise night-shift construction activities on behalf of the client.
Monitor contractor performance, workfront readiness, manpower deployment, and productivity.

Provide field coordination across disciplines and resolve site-level technical or interface issues.
Verify work quality, installation practices, and alignment with drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with day-shift leadership to ensure smooth handover and continuity of works.
Prepare night-shift reports, progress updates, and early warnings for risks or delays.
Act as the primary contact for emergencies, incidents, or unexpected work conditions during night operations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Msc in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Broad working knowledge of other disciplines (E&amp;I, piping, structural, utilities).
8+ years’ experience in construction supervision on major industrial / oil &amp; gas projects.
Proven experience in shift-based or brownfield/live-site environments preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, and safety stewardship mindset.&lt;br /&gt;

Job Purpose:
To ensure compliance with NOC Incident Free culture, Health and Safety and environment policy is delivering Incident Free Shutdown.
To manage the pre-work, preparation and execution phases of R&amp;S Campaigns in line with associated standards and procedures,
Collate all information into a Bookies Board and communicate with onshore coordinators to ensure readiness of execution.
To implement necessary actions to guarantee objectives are achieved.
To assist Offshore Installation Manager with comprehensive and detailed execution plan for each R&amp;S campaign, align with OIM on the site priority
Provide daily reports to and via the NOC OC Campaign &amp; Shutdown coordinator
Manage contractor resources to ensure safe and reliable delivery of activities
Contribute to the development of the level 4 plans to maintain critical path
HSE : 
- Adheres to NOC HSE policy and project objectives.
- Prepares campaign HSE plan with OIM/HSE advisor.
- Ensures Job Safety Analyses are timely validated by OIM.
Organization : 
- Joins R&amp;S Kick-off/prep meetings.
- Prepares offshore R&amp;S perimeter and communicates to stakeholders.
- Drafts with OIM/OTL the Organization note for each campaign.
- Manages action tracker, follows up with owners/onshore coord.
- Supports development/implementation of R&amp;S processes.
Scope of Work :
- Identifies work scopes with onshore coord &amp; specialists.
- Updates Master Work Register/Board.
- Ensures work orders are ready before scope freeze.
- Suggests priorities and aligns achievable scope.
- Compiles data for integrated campaign plans.
Work Preparation :
- Coordinates work packs, isolations/spading and site validation.
- Promotes collaboration with stakeholders/contractors.
- Ensures procedures prepared &amp; validated per NOC process.
- Identifies external service needs and initiates procurement.
- Organizes site surveys, populates lessons learned.
Logistics/Contracts : 
- Defines/identifies equipment, materials &amp; spares in WOs.
- Tracks availability with Material Coord.
- Issues Service Orders via onshore coord.
- Ensures timely mobilization of resources/personnel.
Planning  :
- Supports planner with Level 4 schedule (mobilization/demob).
- Ensures manpower, accommodation and equipment needs met.
Post-Campaign :
- Compiles execution data &amp; prepares Closeout report.
- Leads lessons learned review with stakeholders.
- Ensures WO closure and archiving.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum higher secondary school education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
BSc or Graduated engineer or with relevant industry experience in Oil and Gas operations
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil &amp; gas processing or petrochemical plants.
Advanced skills and knowledge of campaign/shutdown management techniques, preferably in the petrochemical, refining, Oil &amp; Gas exploration and / or production industries.
Awareness / basic use of planning software tools i.e. Primavera P6, MS Project.
Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills required.
Solid leadership skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environment.
Fluent in English (listening, writing and speaking) and its technical vocabulary.
Self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision.
High level user of the Computerized Maintenance Management System
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.&lt;br /&gt;

Context and missions :

Position onshore in the offices of COMPANY with occasional visits to Block-3
Reports Directly to COMPANY Maintenance Manager
Main activities: 
Identify the safety engineering activities applicable to individual brown field projects to ensure compliance with Level 1 and Level 2 Safety Reviews.
Conduct hazard identification studies using scenario-based risk analysis methods (HAZOP, HAZID, etc.)
Carry out risk assessments based on semi-quantitative analyses (i.e. through use of risk matrices) and coordinate detailed quantified risk analyses (QRAs).
Identify and recommend ALARP mitigation measures using bow-tie or other analysis techniques, and propose acceptable technical solutions.
Carry out reviews of existing or proposed process, utilities, ESD and F&amp;G systems to assess residual risks and ensure compliance with Company General Specifications.
Carry out and prepare basic safety engineering calculations and documents, e.g. firewater demand calculations, nozzle coverage area calculations, PFP coverage drawings, etc.
Prepare and issue reports including main conclusions of safety studies and reviews conducted, explanations of the main findings, recommendations, and conclusions.
Follow-up day-to-day progress of engineering activities (basic and detailed) to ensure recommendations from safety reviews are implemented into the design.
Review and approve engineering documentation for safety discipline, ensuring compliance with Company General Specifications, international codes and standards, and industry best practice.
Ensure close coordination with other disciplines (in particular process and process control/instrumentation) to avoid discrepancies and documentation recycling.
Coordinate, review, and approve safety engineering activities carried out by third parties or subcontractors on behalf of Company.
Ensure that engineering documentation, requisitions for procurement and suppliers bids evaluation be fully compliant with Design Dossier major documentation (safety concept, PIDs, ESD logic, diagrams…etc) and with Company General Specifications.
Attend as necessary project and technical follow up meeting with suppliers for main packages/equipment for checking of relevant sizing / calculations notes of safety equipment / facilities.
Ensure full and efficient coordination with Field Operations during engineering design, construction and commissioning with target of efficient start up / hand over to Operation&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Profile :
The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:
Professional experience of 14 years minimum in Petroleum industry. Previous process safety engineering experience of 10 years minimum
A high level knowledge of CMIMS (SAP).
A good knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.

Responsibilities shall include:
Verify that company's Contractual Policies and applicable laws and regulations are adhered to, especially related to ethics and transparency.
Verify that Contracts comply with the standards of the company and the agreements with the partners.
Ensure the application and respect of the procedures in the tender process.
Work closely with the DUET counterpart to create the contracts dossier, develop a clear definition of contractual responsibilities and discuss the agenda including:
Validation of contracts strategy, negotiation and analysis of commercial bids, participation in recommendations to award.
Adapt standard contract templates to local conditions
Provide professional advice and guidance to all contract owners/entities with respect to contractual matters
Liaise with Methods and Performance and Domain Manager for timely reporting (not limited to validate and record savings in Agora) and statistics matters
Keep informed of best practices in contracts procedures in other entities and affiliates for improvement of contracts practices in the COMPANY.
Promote the use of frame agreements.
Prepare and maintain an up-to-date list of qualified contractors/suppliers/potential tenders/contracts with updated information to perform market studies; analyze and assess all possible answers from the market
Participate in the validation of the contract's strategy through: Arranging and attending Contracts Committee Meetings, common recommendation with duet, pre-qualifying bidders, defining target prices, defining criteria for evaluation, establish CFT commercial documents, etc.
Prepare and send out the dossiers of pre-consultation for Standard or Complex invitations to bid.
Verify the alignment with Ethics, Compliance, H3SEQ clauses, Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation when issuing all technical contracts and when drafting contractual and commercial terms and conditions
Verify the Terms &amp; Conditions (standard, general and financial)
Create contracts from standard templates (where they exist) or develop one (where template is not available) and create outline agreements in SAP.

Conduct the commercial bid analysis and negotiation thereby creating a clear definition of responsibilities and documents together with the DUET
Take the leading role in recommendations to award presentation to contracts Committee in collaboration with triplet.
Participate in the signing of formal document after approval from authorities and partners and clarification of rights and obligations of both signing parties according to DOA
Ensures that own contracts are created and managed in UNISUP and AGORA, ensure effective use of tools and systems (Ariba, NIPEX&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Operators in Oil &amp; Gas EP environment experiences shall be mandatory,
