Job Purpose: This position is a unique opportunity to manage the day-to-day Plants operations and First-degree Maintenance programs at an onshore field that produces oil. Your main duties will be to:- · To organize the day-to-day Plant activities, managing the operators dispatching, following up tasks execution and reporting the feed back to the production superintendent in liaison with the control room. · To prepare commissioning procedures · To act as site representative for commissioning and/or startup operations. · To supervise the operating parameters of the production and utility process’s/equipment. · To organize the execution of level one and level 2 maintenance including minor repairs on production equipment’s. · To supervise the coordination of the work permit execution, applying precautions/conditions highlighted, ensuring the tidiness of the area, and managing the Permit to work tracking system. · To advise the Production Superintendent of any potential hazardous situation or changes to operating conditions and implements any actions necessary to maintain safe continuous hydrocarbon production. · To manage the shift organization of operators under his resp. · To ensure the validity of the well tests according to procedures and well performance program for new wells considering well start up procedure emitted by WPWI Eng. · To prepare the daily report. · To enforce the waste management philosophy on the Plant. · To supervise the operations under his resp. as HSE representative regarding the safety and environment policy. · Supervise in person the delicate or risky field operations. · Assume the operational responsibilities as part of the work permit. · Ensure that all activities are conducted in respect of HSE Group standards and in accordance to the Italian regulations Promote Company’s HSE and quality policies, rules, procedures, and programs; Implement actions in order to reach Company’s HSE objectives; Promote safety and environment awareness. Accountabilities: · Manage the Chemicals supply and monitoring on the Plant if necessary related to his responsibilities. · To ensure that plants and equipment run according to operating procedures, Company rules and production requests. · Supervision of main production parameters, downgraded situations, shifts hand over; etc… · To ensure that operations activities are conducted in compliance with safety and environmental protection.

Candidate profile: Ideally you will have graduated in chemical/production engineering with a minimum experience of 5/10 years of experience in Totalenergies affiliate within working in operation. You are fluent in Arabic, and fluency in English or French would be an advantage. You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Expérience Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en maintenance mécanique et en atelier. Expérience confirmée sur machines tournantes (pompes, compresseurs, réducteurs). Expérience en environnement Oil & Gas / Pétrochimie fortement appréciée. Compétences techniques Maîtrise des techniques de maintenance (expertise, démontage, montage, équilibrage, test) des machines tournantes et des garnitures. Maîtrise des tolérances APIs. Maîtrise des outils de mesures, de métrologies, des techniques d’alignements, d’équilibrage et de diagnostic vibratoire. Lecture et interprétation de plans, schémas et spécifications techniques.

In order to participate to our growth of Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are looking for a INTEGRATED PLANNING LEADER H/F . This position is located ONSHORE, 5.5d/Week in the Client Office in Lagos in Rotational mode 11x2 or Resident mode OPERATIONS Prepares onshore maintenance and inspection medium term and longer term planning, Plans maintenance operations (routine and short-term) Ensures discipline workloads are balanced over the year, Provides direct input into COMPANY longer term planning for Maintenance activities. Provides direct support and coordination of Preventative Maintenance and Inspection activity with the Offshore Methods team. Assists the Methods team onshore with the Coordination and expediting of all equipment repairs. Monitors historical maintenance and inspection data quality and advises COMPANY of any anomalies. Is the main link between Maintenance team and the Integrated Planning team and feeds and updates the FOPS 1 & 4 months Planning regularly.

He is responsible for the accurate preparation and planning of all Preventive Maintenance, construction and inspection activities. He ensures all Work loadings are manageable with the resources available. He ensures accurate and timely supply and return of Materials for use and subsequent repair, with close liaison with onshore Methods team. He ensures an accurate support to the planning function on the FPSO. He provides to COMPANY all Maintenance and Inspection Statistical reporting. He monitors discipline backlogs and highlights problems to COMPANY. Assists COMPANY in the generation of the Maintenance annual work-plan and Budget.
