Auditeur Interne Bilingue Allemand / German-speaking bilingual internal auditor H/F
Effectuer des missions d'audit interne conformément au programme annuel d'audit du Groupe.
Vous serez principalement chargé(e) de gérer les audits sur le périmètre de SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa (environ 40 % du chiffre d'affaires du Groupe) en langue allemande.
Les missions sont basées :
pour 70 % en Allemagne,
pour 30 % dans d'autres pays d'Europe en anglais : Pologne, Hongrie, Slovaquie, Autriche, Belgique, Pays-Bas, Suisse, éventuellement avec d'autres membres de l'équipe d'audit interne du Groupe.
D'autres missions en fonction de l'organisation du département pourraient être programmées au sein du pôle GSE, qui possède des filiales en Afrique, en Asie et au Moyen-Orient.
Vous travaillez en autonomie, de la planification de la mission à la réunion de clôture avec la direction générale de SPIE DZE.
Vous rendrez compte directement au responsable de l'audit du Département de Contrôle des Risques et d'Audit au niveau du siège social de SPIE (basé dans la région parisienne).

Main missions:

• Carry out internal audit missions according to the annual Group audit programme.
You will mainly manage the audits on SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa perimeter
(approx. 40% of Group revenue) in German language.
The missions are based :
-for 70% in Germany,
-for 30% in other countries of Europe in English language: Poland, Hungary, Slovakia,
Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, possibly with other members of the Group
internal audit team. Some other missions depending on the organization of the
department might be programmed within the Oil & Gas Services business having
some affiliates in Africa, Asia and Middle East.
You work in autonomy, from the planning of the mission to the closing meeting
including SPIE DZE top management. You will report directly to the Audit Manager of
the Risks Control and Audit Department at the corporate level of SPIE (based in Paris
area).
Some missions can be managed remotely (MS Teams),
but travels are expected most of the time especially in the first year.
• Assess whether or not processes deployed in the subsidiary comply with Group
internal control standards and regulations,
• Analyze and evaluate governance processes, risk management, and internal control,
• Perform documented tests to assess quality of internal control,
• Establish recommendations to improve efficiency of audited processes,
• Validate the audit findings and corresponding action plans with local management,
• Follow-up actions plans implemented by the subsidiaries to improve their processes,
• Establish mission reports.
- Education :
Master degree in Audit, Internal Control or equivalent
- Experience :
At least 3 years experience in big 4, internal audit, or internal control
Skills :
- excellent communication skills,

- rigorous, organized, ethical,
- good writing skills,
- understanding of accounting rules (IFRS),
- knowledge of ERP such as SAP would be a plus,
- Powerpoint/Word/Excel. Knowledge of sharepoint and Power BI would be a plus.
- Languages :
native German or perfectly bilingual (mandatory)
English : good written and oral level
